Athlete Development Compass is an independent 3rd party company that measures, tracks, and compares data in the development of youth in athletics. ADC’s goal is to generate a global database aiding in youth athletic development and help point athletes of all stages toward their own pathway to achieving their goals. Our platform will allow each athlete to input their data in order to track their progress and compare themselves to all those entered into the database.
